Settings - My Profile

Learning Outcome

After completing this unit, you will be able to: 

1. Edit your profile picture
2. Edit your Personal Information

To access your Settings:

1. Open the traCXio website, and log in using your credentials.
2. On the top-right of your screen, Click on the bubble with your initials.
3. From the drop-down menu, Select Settings.
4. You now have access to all the features of the Settings page.

Edit your Profile Picture

On the Settings page, select Profile on the left-hand menu.

• To Update your Profile Picture:
  • Next to your current Profile Picture, Select Update/Change.
  • A window will pop up. Navigate your files to locate the file you wish to use as your profile photo.
  • Select the file and Click on Open at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
  • Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Image Updated Successfully.
    
    
• To Remove your Profile Picture: 
  • Next to your current Profile Picture, Select Remove.
  • Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Image Removed Successfully.

Edit your Personal Information

In My Profile, you can Edit the First and Last Name that appears on the App, as well as your phone number.

1. Select the field you wish to edit.
2. To Save your changes, Select Save Profile at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read Profile Updated Successfully.
   Note: Your traCXio email has been pre-filled by the traCXio Success Team and cannot be edited from your account at this time.
