After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Edit the Content of a SOP
- Save SOP as a New Version
Editing the content of your SOP highlights the ever-changing nature of the standards and the natural evolution of a Standard Operating Procedure. Having an easy-to-use editing functionality facilitates the natural evolution of operations, promotes improvement within the business and encourages further employee accountability.
- Open the traCXio website, and log in using your credentials.
- Select SOPs from the top horizontal navigation menu.
- Select the SOP you wish to Edit. On the top right-hand corner, Select Edit (Refer to images 92 and 93).
- To Save your changes, Select the Save button on the top right-hand corner. You will be prompted with two options:

- Save as Current Version: the content you edited will be saved in the existing version (Refer to image 94)
- Save as New Version: the content you edited will be saved as a New Version, including previous version content. (Refer to images 94 and 95)
Note: When you Save your SOP as a New Version, it will be named SOP Version 2/3/4…

- Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read SOP Version Created Successfully. (Refer to image 95)
