Depending on your profile, you will have a particular level of access to the Standard Operating Procedures of your organisation. This ensures a clear distinction between each individual’s role and responsibility within the organisation. It facilitates a more focused approach to particular SOPs, relevant to a profile’s authority
View SOPs as an Administrator
The Administrator profile has the highest access and can see all Standard Operating Procedures of the organisation. Administrators have access to:
- All Published, Unpublished and Draft SOPs.
- All Categories and Sub-Categories of SOPs.
- All Departments of the organisation.
Administrators have “Admin” access to all SOPs, meaning they can:
- Create a SOP
- Edit a SOP
- Export a SOP
- Add Collaborators to a SOP
- Publish or Unpublish a SOP
- Create New Versions of a SOP
- Create Actions from a SOP
View SOPs as a Department Lead
A Department Lead profile has the second highest level of access and can see all Standard Operating Procedures of their Department. Department Leads have access to:
- All Published, Unpublished and Draft SOPs of their Department
- All Categories and Sub-Categories of SOPs of their Department
Department Leads can:
- Create a SOP
- Edit a SOP
- Export a SOP
- Add Collaborators to a SOP
- Publish or Unpublish a SOP
- Create New Versions of a SOP
- Create Actions from a SOP
View SOPs as a CX Champion
A CX Champion profile has limited access to Standard Operating Procedures.
CX Champion can:
- View Published and Draft SOPs that have been shared with them by Department Leads and/or Administrators
- View Actions created in a SOP
- View Collaborators of a SOP
- Export a SOP
CX Champions cannot:
- Create a SOP
- Edit a SOP
- Add Collaborators to a SOP
- Publish or Unpublish a SOP
- Create New Versions of a SOP
