Learning Outcome
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- View Collaborators of a SOP
- View the Status of each Collaborator
- Add Collaborators to a SOP
Adding Collaborators to your SOPs enables better engagement, cross-departmental communication, more efficient workspaces and accountability at all levels of the organisation.
- Open the traCXio website, and log in using your credentials.
- Select SOPs from the top horizontal navigation menu.
- On the top right-hand corner, Click on the Settings icon. (Refer to Image 107)
- From the drop-down menu, Select Collaborators. (Refer to Image 108)
- A new window will appear. You are now able to see all the Collaborators from this SOP.
- Type in the name of the team member you wish to grant access to. (Refer to Image 109)
- Select their name from the drop-down list. (Refer to Image 110)
Note: Only Administrators, Department Leads, CX Champions and CXOs can have access to SOPs. - Choose which level of access you wish to give your Collaborator. Click on the downward-facing arrow and Select ONE of the following: (Refer to Image 111)

- Viewer: Users are only able to view SOP.
- Editor: Users can Edit SOP content, Version management, Create, Edit and Delete Actions and Add Collaborators
- Admin: Users can Edit SOP content, Version management, Create, Edit, Delete Actions and Add Collaborators.
Note: Only SOP Admin and SOP Owner Accounts can change the level of access for other accounts.

- To finalise your changes, Select Save at the bottom right of the window. (Refer to Image 112)
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and read SOP Collaborators Added Successfully.
