Learning Outcome
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Edit the Company logo
- Edit the Administrator’s Business information
- Setup Business Information
- Select a Time zone
In the Organisation Category of the Settings, the Administrator can set up the details of their company, upload or edit the company logo and enter relevant personal information relating to their account.
To access your Settings:
- Open the traCXio website, and log in using your credentials.
- On the top-right of your screen, Click on the bubble with your initials.
- From the drop-down menu, Select Settings.
- You now have access to all the features of the Settings page.
Edit the Company logo
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- Below the subtitle Organisation Details, Select the Change button.
- A window will pop up. Navigate your files to locate the company logo.
- Select the document and Click on Open at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
- The company logo is now uploaded and on display.
Remove the Company Logo
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- Below the subheading Organisation Details, Select the Remove button.
- A new window will appear asking “Are you sure? Do you really want to remove the company logo?”
- To continue, Select Yes, Delete. The logo will be removed.
- To cancel your action, Select Cancel.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Logo Removed Successfully.
Edit Organisation Name
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- To edit the Organisation Name, remove the current Company name and enter the new one in the box. The Company Name can be edited at any time.
- To Save, Select Save Changes at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read Company Details are Updated Successfully.
traCXio Email
Your traCXio email has been pre-filled by the traCXio Success Team and cannot be edited from your account at this time.

Edit Phone number
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- Enter or Edit your key contact number at any time.
- Ensure your contact number is always up to date.
- To Save, Select Save Changes at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Company Details are Updated Successfully.
Industry
The Industry box has been pre-filled by the traCXio Success Team and cannot be edited from your account at this time.

Edit Staff Volume
The Staff box indicates how many employees work in your organisation. You can change this number at any time.
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Staff box and from the drop-down menu, Select which range of employees best reflects your organisation.
- To Save, Select Save Changes at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read Company Details are Updated Successfully.
Edit Time Zone
Ensuring the correct time zone is set ensures an accurate functioning of the traCXio features. It is essential to set the time zone to the correct location, as it may result in Tasks being set at incorrect times.
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- To add or change a time zone, click the time zone bar and type in your Country and City of residence.
e.g. Australia/Sydney - Click on the Time Zone you are looking for.
- To Save, Select Save Changes at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read Company Details are Updated Successfully.
Edit Address, City, Country
The address required is the street location of the primary operations of the organisation. The location can be changed at any time.
- On the Settings page, select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
- Address: Enter the number and street location
- City: Enter the City location
- Country: Enter the Country location
- To Save, Select Save Changes at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar will be green and read Company Details are Updated Successfully.
