Learning Outcome
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Invite a Team Member – CXO, Department Manager, Team Leader, Staff
- Make a Team Member Active/Inactive
- View Team Member’s Information/Data
To access your Settings:
- Open the traCXio website, and log in using your credentials.
- On the top-right of your screen, Click on the bubble with your initials.
- From the drop-down menu, Select Settings.
- You now have access to all the features of the Settings page.
Invite a Team Member
- On the Settings page, select My Team from the left-hand menu.
- On the top right-hand corner, select Invite Member.
- A new window will appear to add information about your Team Member. Click on Select Designation and choose from the following:

- CXO
- Department Lead
- CX Champion
- Staff

- Add a First Name and a Last Name.
- Add an Email Address.
- When each field has been filled, Click on the Add button. Your member has been added when you can see their information listed below the information boxes.

- To delete the newly added member, select the X below the Action box.
- To delete the newly added member, select the X below the Action box.

- To complete your invitation, on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, Select Send Invite.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads An invitation link has been sent to the given email IDs.
Make a Team Member Active or Inactive
- On the Settings page, select My Team from the left-hand menu.
- Identify the Invitation Status column on the right side of the screen.
- For each Team Member, a green status Active or red status Inactive will be displayed.
- You can narrow down your search by researching a particular Team Member:

- By looking their name up in the Search Bar
- By Department
- By Designation
- By Joining Date
- By Status

- To change the status from Active to Inactive:

- Select the Active button.
- A new window will pop up asking “Are you Sure? Do you want to make this user Inactive?”
- To continue, Select Yes, Inactive.
- To cancel your action, Select Cancel.
- Your action is successful when the status of your Team Member will appear as Inactive.
- The Status Bar will be green and read User status has been updated successfully.

- To change the status from Inactive to Active:

- Select the Inactive button.
- A new window will pop up asking “Are you Sure? Do you want to make this user Active?”.
- To continue, Select Yes, Active.
- To cancel your action, Select Cancel.
- Your action is successful when the status of your Team Member will appear as Active.
- The Status Bar will be green and read User status has been updated successfully.

View a Team Member’s Information: Achieved Tasks, Department, Designation, Rating
- On the Settings page, select My Team from the left-hand menu.
- To View a Team Member’s Information, Identify which Employee you wish to view from the menu.
- You can narrow down your search by researching a particular Team Member:
- By looking their name up in the Search Bar
- By Department
- By Designation
- By Joining Date
- By Status
- On the far-right-hand corner of the screen, Select the Eye Icon from the Action column.
- In this Section, you can:
- Edit a Team Member’s name
- Change their email address
- Change their designation
- View the Department they belong to
- View their Star Rating
- View their recently achieved tasks
