Convert a CJM to a Service Blueprint (Create a Service Blueprint)

2. Convert a Customer Journey Map to a Service Blueprint

Converting a Customer Journey Map (CJM) is to create a Service Blueprint (SBP). Once a CJM has been “Converted”, the content is updated to a SBP template.

1. Select the CJM you wish to Convert.
   
   
2. Select which Version of a CJM you wish to Convert to a SBP.
   Note: Your CJM Version to Convert MUST be on Published mode first.
   
   
3. Once your CJM is ready to be converted, Select Convert to SBP on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
   
   
4. A new window will appear with a Preview of the SBP.
   
   
   • • To confirm the Conversion, Select Create.
     • To go back, Select Cancel.
       
       
5. A new window will appear, confirming which Version of the CJM you wish to Convert.
   
   
   • • Select CJ Version on the left: Version 1, Version 2 …
     • Then Select a SBP Version: Version 1, Version 2 …
     • To confirm, Select Save.
     • To go back, Select Cancel.
       
       
6. Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Service Blueprint Copied from Selected Version Successfully.
   
   
7. You are now on the SBP page, ready to Edit your newly converted Service Blueprint.
