Learning Outcome
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Import Actions from a SOP
When adding an Action to a Service Blueprint you can choose between creating Actions for that SBP, or you can choose actions from a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
- In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
- To add an Action, select the Service Blueprint you wish to edit.
- Click on the Card you wish to add an Action to.
Note: Actions can only be added to the following cards:- Employee Front Action
- Employee Back Action
- Support System
- At the bottom of the pop-up window, Select the blue icon reading Choose from SOP.
- From the drop-down menu, Select which SOP you wish to extract Actions from. You can look for a particular SOP by using the Search Bar at the top of the window.
Note: Only Published SOPs will be viewable in the Service Blueprint. - To confirm, Select Next.
- A list of Actions will appear. Select the Action you wish to add.
Note: You can only add one Action at a time. Ensure you have already created the Actions in the SOP prior to adding them to your Service Blueprint. - To confirm your selection, Select Save. To go back, Select Cancel.
- You have successfully added your Action when the Status bar is green and reads Task Created Successfully.
- Don’t forget to Save your changes again when you are brought back to the first pop window, by selecting Save at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Data Updated Successfully.
