Publishing a Service Blueprint (SBP) turns a CX Strategy document into a 24/7 Management tool. It is a very useful functionality of traCXio, as it enables tasks to be scheduled from the SBP. A SBP can be one of three statuses:
- Published
- Inactive
- Draft
- In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the SBP you wish to publish.
Note: Unpublished SBPs will have a yellow tag reading Draft.
All Published SBPs will have a green tag reading Published.
A Published SBP can also become Inactive. - On the top right-hand side horizontal menu of your SBP, Select the 2nd option that reads SBP Version… (1,2,3).
- From the drop-down menu, click on Manage all.
- Select which Version of the SBP you wish to Publish and click on Publish.
- You have Published your SBP when you will read in green, next to the title of your SBP: Published.
- Once your SBP has been Published, it will allow you to schedule tasks for CX Check ins.
