- Add a Department
- Convert Actions into Tasks
Adding Actions to your Service Blueprints makes your work come to life. For each action you create in the SBP, you can then link to a Task and schedule a CX Check-in for your team to execute. Actions need to be short, concise, actionable, specific and measurable, for the Task to be as efficient as possible. Actions can be added to Employee Front Action, Employee Back Action and Support System cards.
- In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
- To create an Action, select the Service Blueprint you wish to edit.
- Click on the Card you wish to add an Action to.
Note: Actions can only be added to the following cards:

- Employee Front Action
- Employee Back Action
- Support System

- On the bottom left-hand corner of the new window, select which Department the Action is assigned to.
- Type the Action in the Action box and click on the Green Tick to confirm.
- Your Action has been added when it appears at the bottom of the window and the Status Bar will read Action Task Created Successfully.
Note: You must add a Department and an Action.
Not adding a Department will not let you complete the Action box.
Not adding an Action to the Action box, will lead to the Task Bar reading: Task field is required. - If you wish to delete or edit your Action, click on the Red Bin icon, and select Yes, Delete.
- To save your changes, Select the Save button at the bottom of the window.
- Your Action has been added successfully when the Status Bar is green and reads Attribute Created Successfully.
