Add a Description to a Card in a Service Blueprint

Learning Outcome

After completing this unit, you will be able to:

1. Understand what a Card is in a Service Blueprint (SBP)
2. Add a description to a Card
3. Add a Title to your Card

Adding concise descriptive and analytical evidence to each card of you SBP can immeasurably add value to any action you choose to take from these cards.

1. In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the SBP you wish to edit.
   
   
3. Click on the Card you wish to populate.
   
   
4. Add a description by selecting the Description box.
   Note: Maximum 500 characters for each Description Box.
   
   
5. Add a title to the Title box, if not already entered.
   
   
6. Click on the Save button to confirm your action.
   
   
7. Your card is populated when you notice the Status Bar is green and read Data Updated Successfully.
