Create a New Version of a Service Blueprint

1. Understand the benefits of having multiple versions of a Service Blueprint (SBP)
2. Create a New Version of a SBP

Having multiple versions of a Service Blueprint (SBP) can be a very resourceful tool in any organisation. As you use and articulate the benefits of your SBP, you will start to unlock new pathways and improvements to your initial SBP. Creating New Version contributes to the ongoing, over-evolving nature of the process of Service Blueprinting. It will allow you to retain all your previous work and amend it on new sheets.

1. In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the Service Blueprint you wish to duplicate.
   
   
3. Select the three-dot menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.
   
   
4. From the drop-down menu, Select Create New Version.
   
   
5. A new window will appear, reading “Are you sure you want to create the clone of the current SBP?”
   
   
6. Click on Create.
   
   
7. Your Action is successful when you are brought back to the SBP page you created, and the New Version is listed in the drop-down menu on the top right named SBP Version… 1,2 or 3.
