Manage all versions of a Service Blueprint

After completing this unit, you will be able to:

1. Find other versions of your Service Blueprints

Having multiple versions of a Service Blueprint can be a very resourceful tool in any organisation. Having multiple versions enables you to optimize your Service Blueprints without deleting previous work.

1. In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the Service Blueprint you wish to duplicate.
   
   
3. On the top right-hand corner of your SBP, Select the grey box that reads SBP Version + the Version number.
   
   
4. Click on Manage All and Select the SBP you wish to open.
