Export a Service Blueprint

Learning Outcome

After completing this unit, you will be able to:

1. Export a Service Blueprint (SBP) to a .png format allowing the document to be shared outside of Tracxio.

Once a Service Blueprint has been created, you are able to export this in a file format and be shared across your organisation. Tracxio will format the SBP in a .png format.

1. In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the Service Blueprint you wish to Export.
   
   
3. Select three dot menu on the top right-hand corner of the SBP.
   
   
4. From the drop-down menu, select Export.
   
   
5. Go to your default Downloads folder and open your SBP.
   
   
6. You have successfully exported a SBP onto your device.
