Learning Outcomes
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Add a Service Blueprint to a Word Document – Windows Version
- Add a Service Blueprint to a Word Document – Mac Version
Once a Service Blueprint has been created, you are able to export it outside of traCXio and add it to a Word document to share across your organisation.
Windows Version
- In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the Service Blueprint you wish to insert in a Word Document.
- Select the three-dot menu on the top right-hand corner of the SBP.
- From the drop-down menu, select Export. Your newly exported file should be your default Downloads folder.
- Open the Word Document to which you wish to add your SBP.
- On the top left-hand corner of the Word document, Select Insert.
- From the horizontal menu, Select Pictures.
- From the drop-down menu, Select “Insert Picture from This device…”.
- A new window of your Documents will appear:
- On the left-hand corner menu, Select Downloads.
- Select the file from the selection of options.
- To confirm, Select Insert at the bottom of the screen.
Your action is successful when you are brought back to your Word document and the SBP appears on the page.
Mac Version
- In the traCXio app, select Service Blueprints on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the Service Blueprint you wish to insert in a Word Document.
- Select the three-dot menu on the top right-hand corner of the SBP.
- From the drop-down menu, select Export. Your newly exported file should be your default Downloads folder.
- Open the Word Document to which you wish to add your SBP.
- On the top left-hand corner of the Word document, Select Insert.
- From the horizontal menu, Select Pictures.
- From the drop-down menu, Select “Picture from File…”.
- A new window of your Documents will appear:
- On the left-hand corner menu, Select Downloads.
- Select the file from the selection of options.
- To confirm, Select Insert at the bottom right of the screen.
- Your action is successful when you a brought back to your Word document and the SBP appears on the page.
