Learning Outcomes
After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Save a new Version of an existing Customer Journey Map
traCXio permits multiple versions of the same Customer Journey Map. As you become more skilled with traCXio, you will undoubtedly revisit your CJMs to optimise.
- In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
- Open the Customer Journey Map that you want to edit or optimise.
- Upon selecting the Save button, a drop-down menu will appear with two options:

- Save Current Version
- Save as New Version

- Select Save as New Version.
- When you select this option, you will notice the Status Bar will be green and read CJ Version Created Successfully.
- You will also notice the Version button will change to the next highest number.
- A new version of the Customer Journey Map has now been saved.
