After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Edit the information within an Action Box
- Delete the Action Box
As you become more experienced in the art of Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting, you will find yourself optimizing existing Customer Journey Maps.
To Edit an existing Action Box
- In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the Customer Journey you wish to edit.
- Hover your cursor over the Action Box that you want to edit.
- Double-click the Action Box.
- An editable text field will appear, displaying the text that is currently in the Action Box.
- Edit the text field and click the Save button.
- The text in the Action Box will now be updated.
- Be sure to hit the Save Button to save these changes.
To Delete an existing Action Box
- In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the Customer Journey you wish to edit.
- Hover your cursor over the Action Box that you want to edit.
- A Bin Icon will appear in the top right-hand corner.
- Click this Bin Icon and the Action Box will be removed.
Note: Any Paths and Path Labels that were connected to the Action Box will be deleted also.
