Zoom in and Zoom Out

Learning Outcomes

After completing this unit, you will be able to: 

1. Use the Canvas Icons to Zoom In, and Zoom Out and return the Canvas to default size.

As your Customer Journey Maps become more detailed, you may need to zoom out to get a more complete picture of the entire customer Journey. Similarly, you want to zoom in to focus on aspects.

1. In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the Customer Journey you wish to edit.
   
   
3. At the bottom right-hand corner of the Canvas, you will see a + icon, a – icon and a square icon.
   
   
4. To Zoom In, click the + icon.
   
   
5. To Zoom Out, click the - icon.
   
   
6. To return the Canvas to its default size, click the square icon.
