Learning Outcomes
- Understand the difference between Published, Unpublished and Draft
- Unpublish a Customer Journey Map
As you start using the Customer Journey Mapping tool, with time you will find ways to optimise your Customer Journey, by adding Staff Actions, Guest Actions, Decision boxes and Paths. traCXio enables you to have multiple versions of a Customer Journey Map (CJM) and save your changes onto a new Version. This way you can revisit the previous versions, whether it is because they are still relevant to your organisation or if you wish to keep a source Version for your CJM.
Published
- A Published CJM means you can Export it to a Service Blueprint, and turn your CJM into a 24/7 management tool.
- You can only have ONE Published CJM at a time.
Unpublished
An Unpublished CJM means you CANNOT Export that Version to a SBP.
To Unpublish a CJM Version:
-
- Select the CJM you wish to Edit.
- On the top right-hand corner, Select the drop-down menu that reads "Version 1,2..."
- Click on Manage All.
- Identify the Published CJM Version, and Click on Unpublish
- Your Action is successful when the Status Bar is green and read Customer Journey Version Edited Successfully.
- Select the CJM you wish to Edit.
Draft
- A Draft of a CJM defines all the CJM Versions that are not Published or Unpublished.
- A Draft CANNOT be Exported to a Service Blueprint.
