After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Update the Name of an existing Customer Journey Map (CJM)
As you optimise your CJMs, you may feel the need to change the title. This can be done with ease but understand that this new Customer Journey title will be updated for all versions and all Service Blueprints that are published from that Customer Journey Map.
- In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
- Select the Customer Journey you wish to edit.
- Locate the Pen icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen, immediately following the current Customer Journey Map title.
- The title field will become editable.
- Update this field to the new title.
- Click the Green Tick to save the new title.
- You will notice the Status Bar will be green and read Customer Journey Edited Successfully.
- You have now changed the title of this CJM.
