After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Understand the term “Published”
- Publish a Customer Journey Map (CJM) to a Service Blueprint (SBP)
Once a CJM has been “Published”, the content of your CJM is ready to be converted to a Service Blueprint (SBP) template. Your CJM must be Published before converting it to a SBP.
- Select the CJM you wish to Publish.
- Identify the Version of the CJM you wish to Publish by selecting the Version button on the top right-hand corner of the screen. As you select the Version button, you will see a vertical menu appear that identifies the status of each version as being either:

- Published
- Unpublished
- Draft

- Select Manage All at the bottom of the drop-down menu. A new window will appear on the right.
- Under the Version you wish to Publish, Select the Publish button.
- The published version will have the green Published tab activated.
Note: Only one version of a CJM may be published at any one time. As a new version is published, the previously published version will change to unpublished. - Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and read Customer Journey Version Edited Successfully.
