After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Understand the term “Convert”
- Convert a Customer Journey Map to a Service Blueprint
Converting a Customer Journey Map (CJM) is to create a Service Blueprint (SBP). Once a CJM has been “Converted”, the content is updated to a SBP template.
- Select the CJM you wish to Convert.
- Select which Version of a CJM you wish to Convert to a SBP.
Note: Your CJM Version to Convert MUST be on Published mode first. - Once your CJM is ready to be converted, Select Convert to SBP on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- A new window will appear with a Preview of the SBP.

- To confirm the Conversion, Select Create.
- To go back, Select Cancel.

- A new window will appear, confirming which Version of the CJM you wish to Convert.

- Select CJ Version on the left: Version 1, Version 2 …
- Then Select a SBP Version: Version 1, Version 2 …
- To confirm, Select Save.
- To go back, Select Cancel.

- Your action is successful when the Status Bar is green and reads Service Blueprint Copied from Selected Version Successfully.
- You are now on the SBP page, ready to Edit your newly converted Service Blueprint.
