Access a Customer Journey Map

After completing this unit, you will be able to

1. Access a Customer Journey Map (CJM)
2. Toggle between Tile and List View

Tracxio owns many functionalities, and one of the most important ones is the functionalities of the Customer Journey Map (CJM). As you navigate the TraCXio app, you will find many different benefits from using CJMs.

1. Open the Tracxio app.
   
   
2. Once you are logged in, Select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
3. On the top right-hand corner of the CJM page, you can choose two ways of viewing your CJMs:
   
   
   • • For a Tile View, Select the four small blue squares.
     • For a List View, Select the three-dot/three-line option.
       
       
4. Select the required CJM.
   
   
5. The selected CJM will appear on the screen.
