Export a Customer Journey Map

Learning Outcomes

After completing this unit, you will be able to: 

1. Export a Customer Journey Map (CJM) to a .svg format, allowing the document to be shared outside of traCXio

Once a Customer Journey Map has been created, you can export this in a digital format to be shared across your organization. traCXio will format the Customer Journey Map into a .svg format.

1. In the traCXio app, select Customer Journeys on the top horizontal menu.
   
   
2. Select the Customer Journey you wish to edit.
   
   
3. Locate and select the Export button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
   
   
4. The file will be exported and saved to your default location. This location is quite often in your Download file.
   
   
5. Go to your default Downloads folder and open your CJM.
   
   
6. You have successfully exported a CJM onto your device.
