After completing this unit, you will be able to:
- Delete a Version of a Customer Journey Map
Deleting a Version of a CJM (Customer Journey Map) can be a useful functionality if that Version of your CJM is no longer relevant to your organisation.
- Select the CJM you wish to Edit.
- Select the Version button (Version 1, 2…) on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Manage All.
- Identify the Version you wish to Delete, then Select Delete. A new window will appear asking:

- “Are you sure? Do you really want to delete this CJ permanently?"
- To continue, Select Yes, Delete.
- To cancel, Select Cancel.

- Your action is successful when the Status bar is green and reads Customer Journey Version Deleted Successfully.
